- How do I register my business?
You start by clicking on the little person in the upper right-hand corner.
Then click Register (it’s greyed out but will highlight brown once you click on it).
Then select business owner and complete the questions.
After completing the questions, you will receive an email to verify your request as well as prompting you to update your temporary password.
- What if I have more than one business, can I register all of my businesses on the app?
YES! You would need to select the package that best fits your business needs.
- Is the app free to download in the Google Play and App Stores?
YES!! The app is completely free to download and register your business.
- Can I search for businesses all across the country?
YES!! The app is designed to do just that! If there aren’t any in your area help those around you get more exposure!
- Can I sell my products directly through the app?
YES! You can link your website to the Findbobs platform and have people search AND shop with your business directly through the app!
- Does BOB take a fee or a percentage of my sales if people buy my products through the app?
Remember the goal is to bring as much exposure to your black business as possible as well as keep more money in your pockets. Therefore, any fee we implement is very minimal so that we can stay competitive with other marketplaces.
- Are the initial consultations free if I have questions before joining the BOB community?

BOB does a vigorous vetting process to make sure all of the businesses on the platform are officially BIPOC businesses, therefore a listing will not be able to be added until you have selected a package and your request has been approved by the management team. You will receive an email notification once your business has been approved.
